Round up of ruminations
The usual work and 'other' distractions means that, once again, postings at The Midnight Bell have been rarer than UK economic growth.
Three articles that I've written this year have focused on aspects of welfarism: the first one examining what is different about youth unemployment today, whether 'materialism' was responsible for the August Riots and how middle-class landlords are hooked on welfare dependency too. At this year's Battle of Ideas, many of these ideas will be explored further.
